Technical Outfit Wins Tight Match
DEFEATS WEST HIGH WRESTLING TEAM BY 24 TO 18 IN FINAL BOUTS. The Shop School wrestling team won over the West High matmen yesterday at the West High gym by a score of 24 to 18 in one of the closest matches of the season. It was not until the last match was over that the Technical lads clinched victory. With the count deadlocked at eighteen points all, Pete Bartolomeo, the pride of the Shop School team, brought victory to his teammates when he threw Gary Odell, of West High, in 3 minutes, 45 seconds, with a combination arm lock and scissors hold.
