'Least Likely' Carlson Is Champ And So Is Portville For 'B' Title Tom Carlson, the Silver Creek Central School boy who turned back Portville's Brad Phillips in one of the better-fought matches in the Section 6 Class B wrestling championships here Saturday night, is like this: Place all boys who competed, no names, no nothing, just the physiques, and the chances are Carlson would be selected as "least likely to succeed."
