 Oakfield-Alabama Central School wrestlers defeated the State School for the Blind team from Batavia, 44-6, in a match held at the Oakfield school. The match was much closer than the score indicates with many bouts even until the finish. SOURCE: The Batavia Daily News, March 28, 1950.
