Taking time to follow up on this past weekend?s District 9 wrestling tournament, while looking ahead to this weekend?s Northwest Regionals and the New York State championships:

FIRST, in New York, Cattaraugus-Little Valley/Pine Valley senior Alex Kelley won't be the lone Big 30 state qualifier afterall.

Thanks to New York's at-large selection process, a second Big 30 grappler will be heading to the Division II state tourney which begins Friday at Albany?s Pepsi Arena.
