Holland Patent wrestler Alex Herringshaw has been there, and done that.
He has been to the New York State High School Wrestling Championships three times, in fact. And last year, he was the Division II state champion at 145 pounds. When the 160-pound junior returns to Albany's Times-Union Center this weekend, though, it will be his first time as a No. 1 seed. Does that change his mindset? Comments |
