LOWELL, MI - Cornell University redshirt sophomore Gabe Dean was having a tough weekend last fall during a wrestling tournament in Las Vegas.

But then Dean heard from someone back home in Lowell who was having an even rougher go at it than him. Brother Max Dean, a Lowell junior who won a state championship his sophomore year, broke his wrist during the football season, which forced him to miss the wrestling season
