NEWTON, Iowa — It will be a battle between the No. 1 and No. 2 NCAA Division I college programs — according to today's WIN Tournament Power Index (TPI) and individual rankings — when top-ranked Oklahoma State visits second-rated Iowa this Saturday, Nov. 14, in the historic dual meet that will be held outside for the first time in Kinnick Stadium.
