New York appears to be inching close to adding a dual meet championship in wrestling.

At least, that's what Vestal coach Tony Policare suggested earlier this week.

Policare said he teamed with former Norwich coach Don Kovalchik years ago to start the Section 4 Dual Meet Tournament.
