BUFFALO, NY - University at Buffalo wrestler Muhamed McBryde was awarded a sixth year of eligibility by the NCAA on Friday and will be eligible for the 2016-17 season.

"This is great for Muhamed and even better for our program," head coach John Stutzman said. "Muhamed has been a true work horse in and out of the room. He does everything right and that is evident in his progression over the last three years. Although he never wrestled in high school, I feel he is on the cusp of being an NCAA All-American."
