Sometimes when Lou DePrez talks with a teammate during wrestling practice, his voice is low and can be difficult to hear.

Sometimes there are no words. DePrez, a sixth-year varsity member, demonstrates his point. There is a shift of his hands and a surge of power to show you what he is talking about.


While this is the senior's third season as co-captain, he is beginning to see there are other options when it comes to leadership and ways to make a point.
