I admit to not fully comprehending all the little details that go into funk. Maybe the word details doesn't even fit into the funk thing. I mean sometimes funk looks like a huge gooey, flexible struggle that generally favors the one who is...well, funkier! There are some wrestlers who seem designed for funk. They generally have a longer, more flexible body type. They can bend and twist, have double knee joints that allow them to twist the lower part of their leg at 90 degrees of incredibly horrible stuff to watch. You aren't apt to see stocky muscle- bound types initiating funk moves. There's a reason for this: they aren't any good at this junk. They are stiffer and break things when they bend too far.
