Top-seeded Penfield senior Frankie Gissendanner won the Powerade Wrestling Tournament a year removed from finishing runner-up in the event.

The Penfield Patriots claimed two top-six finishers at the Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, event, as freshman Cooper Kropman finished in sixth place in the 152-pound weight class after dropping the fifth-place bout by a 2-0 decision.
