Wellsville wrestling wins on Senior Night

WELLSVILLE — It was a Senior Night to remember for the Wellsville grapplers, as it came down to the wire in the night's final match at 145 pounds. Down 36-33 to visiting Salamanca, senior Cody Hurlburt needed a pin to give the Lions the win.

It took nearly two full periods of wrestling, but the senior managed to pull it off, as he helped Wellsville edge Salamanca, 39-36, in its final home meet of the season Tuesday night.
