In the last week of the regular season all seven of the Section VI wrestling league champion teams were crowned as well as the MMHSAA league champion.

In the Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association, Falconer claimed its seventh straight CCAA Division 1 title... Randolph defended their CCAA Division 2 title... Lancaster reclaimed the ECIC Division 1 title... Iroquois reclaimed the ECIC Division 2 title... Pioneer went undefeated in league duals for the fifth straight year and wrapped up the ECIC Division 3 title... The Grand Island Vikings won the first Niagara-Frontier League wrestling league title... Newfane won its fifth straight Niagara-Orleans League title... St. Francis went 4-0 in league action this season and claimed the MMHSAA league title.
