Job Description:

The Head Wrestling Coach is responsible for managing all aspects of a competitive NCAA Division III Wrestling Program including, but not limited to: recruitment and management of a coaching staff, recruitment of academically and athletically qualified student-athletes, and successful preparation, planning, and strategy for sustaining a highly competitive program. The Head Coach must abide by all NCAA, Empire Collegiate Wrestling Conference (ECWC), and Alfred State College rules. The Head Coach will assume other administrative duties that may include Strength and Conditioning, Game Management, Academic Advising, teaching Physical Education classes, or Equipment Room management. This is a full-time 10-month position.
