The Jr. Red Raider Youth Wrestling Club is designed to provide elementary age school children the opportunity to participate in the challenging sport of wrestling. Coaches will provide basic skills and fun workouts for the beginner while providing more advanced wrestling techniques to the experienced wrestler.

- This program is designed for children ages 5 - 12 in Kindergarten thru 6th grade.
- Our season runs late November thru March
- Cost per wrestler $100.00 (maximum cost per family is $210.00)
- Included in the cost each club member will receive a club T-shirt, trophy, year end party and be given the opportunity to compete in the 8th Annual Fairport Jr. Red Raider Youth Wrestling Classic.
- Roster limit 65 max


PRACTICE

- Each child will be given the opportunity to practice up to 2 - 3x per week.
- Our practices will take place weeknights.
- Practices will be held at Fairport High School and Johanna Perrin Middle School.
- Most practices will be held between 6:00pm and 7:45pm

COMPETITION

- Coaches and the Fairport Jr. Red Raider Youth Wrestling Club will be organizing participation in weekend tournaments for interested team members.
- A dual meet team will be formed to compete in the 4th Annual Greater Rochester Youth Wrestling League.
