Elmira won its own tournament — formerly the Elmira Christmas Tournament — for the fifth consecutive year with 145 points. Tioga tallied 117 points, while Chenango Forks was third with 85 points, Marcellus was fourth with 60, and Canandaigua was fifth with 56 points.
