BUFFALO, NY - The University at Buffalo wrestling team will host its first dual of the season when Wisconsin comes to town on Thursday. Dubbed "Mayhem on the Mainstage," the Bulls will host the fourth-ranked Badgers at the UB Center for the Arts at 7:00 pm.

Buffalo is coming off a season in which it went 12-5 overall, 5-2 in the MAC and finished second at the MAC Championships - its highest-ever finish. The Bulls return a pair of national qualifiers - Troy Keller who was the Mid-American Conference champion at 165 lbs. and Derek Spann who was the MAC runner up at 133 lbs.

Wisconsin is 3-0 on the year with wins over Fresno State, Army and Navy. The Badgers are led by Seth Gross who is the nation's top-ranked wrestler at 133 lbs. Tristan Moran (141), Cole Martin (149), Evan Wick (165) and Trent Hillger (285) are all also in the national rankings.

This will be the second meeting between the teams. The Badgers defeated the Bulls, 25-12, at Wisconsin last year.
