FREDONIA - After the first six matches of Wednesday's Section VI CCAA Division 1 duals meet at Fredonia High School, between the Fredonia Hillibillies and the Chautauqua Lake-Westfield-Panama-Clymer Thunderbirds (2-2), the Thunderbirds held a 26-3 lead over the Hillbillies. Being the Hillbillies Senior Night, the home team was not going to go down without a fight. Fredonia rallied off nine wins - including three forfeits - to defeat the visiting Thunderbirds 49-26.
