Super Section V Championships: Area grapplers secure spots at states

Locals dominate at NYS Qualifier...
BROCKPORT — The local wrestling scene showed off their incredible prowess at the NYS Qualifier this weekend at SUNY Brockport, as 24 different wrestlers from six different schools found their way to the podium, including six who brought home gold medals.
The Canisteo-Greenwood Redskins brought 12 wrestlers to Super Sectionals and simply dominated the two-day event. Nine different wrestlers made it to the podium for C-G, including two champions.
