BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Following the cancellation of its Jan. 24 dual with Drexel, Lehigh will try again to open its home schedule as the Mountain Hawks welcome No. 25 Binghamton and LIU to Leeman-Turner Arena at Grace Hall. Lehigh will face Binghamton Saturday at 4 p.m. before hosting LIU Sunday at 1:30 p.m.

The Mountain Hawks are 0-2 on the dual season after losses to Pitt and most recently, Navy. Lehigh won the first two bouts against Navy but the Mids prevailed in a lot of close battles to take seven of the final eight matches.

Binghamton cracked the NWCA top 25 this week at No. 25 after a 23-10 victory over Army West Point that moved the Bearcats to 3-0 on the season. The Bearcats also own dual wins over Rider and LIU. Binghamton finished sixth at last year's EIWA Championships.

The Bearcats have two wrestlers in the latest InterMat rankings, led by returning EIWA champion Lou DePrez, who is ranked fifth at 184. Zach Trampe is ranked 18th at 141. DePrez and Trampe are both returning NCAA qualifiers. Micah Roes (125), Brevin Cassella (165) and Joe Doyle (285) appear in other polls. Kyle Borshoff is in his fourth season as Binghamton's head coach.

Lehigh has won all four previous meetings with Binghamton, most recently a 36-3 triumph in Vestal, N.Y. last January. The first two duals in the series came at the Journeymen Northeast Duals in Troy, N.Y. Pat Santoro owns three of Lehigh's four wins versus Binghamton.
