Chairman Jeff Cuilty loves to talk wrestling, but his tone was quite subdued on Thursday with the revelation that more than half of Section 9 participating schools will not field teams for the abbreviated February schedule.

Cuilty would not reveal specifics on which schools are in and out but it appears all Ulster County schools have chosen to opt out for the 2021 season. More school district decisions may come as late as Monday.
