Apex Fall Session: Sept 21st - Oct 27th , 2021

This is for those who would like to prepare for the upcoming wrestling season.

Sessions will be held at East Rochester High School from 7-8:30 pm on Tuesday and Wednesday in the wrestling room across from the Main High School Gym.

This will consist of twelve practices.
