TIOGA CENTER - Top-seeded Tioga raced out to insurmountable leads, and cruised to wins over fourth-seeded Oxford-Greene and second-seeded Walton-Delhi to win its third consecutive Section IV, Division 2 Duals title here Wednesday evening.
