Despite being small in size, the four-team Genesee Region League put together another strong season on the wrestling mats this winter.

For the second straight season, Lyndonville led the way and captured the league title with an undefeated record, while the Tigers were followed by tough performances from Alexander and Byron-Bergen. Come sectional time, the league would come away with a pair of team second-place finishes as Lyndonville would be the runner-up in Class B3, with Alexander taking a solid second in Class B2.

Holley/Kendall would also come away with a solid sectional finish, taking sixth in Class B2.
