Matthew Grant, missing RIT wrestler, has been found safe and reunited with his family, according to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office. He walked into a police station in Palmerton, Pennsylvania, stating there might be a missing-person report for him.

His car was discovered parked at the Delaware Water Gap in Pennsylvania, a site frequented by hikers on the Appalachian Trail. He had signed in at the trail's visitor log but had a negative interaction with some individuals, prompting him to end his hike.

Matthew's family had traveled to Pennsylvania before he turned up at the police station. He was picked up by his mother, and they were set to meet with the U.S. Park Service Police at the Delaware Water Gap.

The authorities expressed gratitude to the deputies, investigators, and various agencies involved in locating Matthew, acknowledging their coordinated efforts, use of technology, and collaboration with the family during the search.
