In his 11th season as head wrestling coach at Olean High School, Mike O'Connor admits he's still learning.

A big part of that, though, comes from the still relatively new cooperative agreement Olean High has with Allegany-Limestone. Now one year into the merger, O'Connor is looking at a smoother transition.
