Michael DeBarbieri - former wrestling coach and Athletic Director at Portville High School;
James Lamb - former wrestling coach at Williamsville South High School;
Gary Dillingham - past wrestling coach of Cortland High School;
Anthony Policare - coach at Vestal High School;
Ken Spenard (posthumously) - former coach at Chenango Forks High School and Thomas Green, wrestling coach at Port Byron Central School, has been selected to receive the Medal of Courage.
