 ON THE COVER: Penn State senior Jeff Prescott scores a dazzling 13-6 semifinal victory over Donnie Rawls in the NCAA Division I Championships. Prescott, who was last year's "Most Outstanding Wrestler" on the way to the 118-pound title, won the title this year as well.
