The intensive prospect camp is designed for the wrestler who wants to maximize their poten al through technical development, hard drilling, live wrestling, and the Castleton University experience. This camp will push you throughout the 2 days through the use of techniques u lized by the Castleton Spartan Wrestling Team. Along with training in our wrestling facility, campers will be exposed to hands-on technique from our accomplished sta . Each session will allow athletes an opportunity to experience top level training with various workout partners in an intense training environment. Campers will also get me with our sta and athletes, as they learn and train alongside sta counselors and other campers.
