ALBANY — Valatie native Ryan Moore has put together one of the best varsity wrestling seasons in the area and the La Salle Institute senior is being rewarded for the blood, sweat and tears shed on the mat this season by being selected as an at-large bid to compete in the New York state meet which begins on Friday at the Times Union Center.

Moore and his coach, Aaron Mondore, expected the senior to make it to the state tournament from the beginning of the season.
