The 2016 Arby's Southern Conference Wrestling Championship will again be contested at UNC Asheville's Kimmel Arena in Asheville, N.C. The 79th edition of the SoCon Wrestling Championship will take place Saturday, March 5.

Ten individual champions will earn automatic bids to the NCAA Championship. The SoCon could also be allotted additional qualifiers by the NCAA late in the regular season.
