LAS VEGAS, Nev. -- Senior Gabe Dean toyed with the field at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational and ultimately did what he's done his whole career - make history.

Dean became the sixth wrestler and third Cornellian to capture three Las Vegas titles, dominating the 184-pound field and capping off the weekend with two easy wins over ranked opponents on Saturday as part of the blitz. He pinned his first four opponents in the first period and earned a tech fall in the finals over eighth-ranked Zach Zavatsky, who upset defending national champion and second-ranked Myles Martin in the semis.
