Cheektowaga's wrestling team knocked off crosstown rival Maryvale Jan. 11, 51-19, to stay perfect in dual competitions on the season.

Taher Ahmed had the match of the night for the Warriors, pinning his opponent in the first period by utilizing his scrambling skills until he secured the pinfall. Other wrestlers who won by pin included Eric Bartnik — in just 18 seconds — along with Kiar Parker and Huy Dang.
