Horseheads goes 6-0 at Mark Stephens Tournament

HORSEHEADS - The Blue Raiders went 6-0 on Friday and Saturday at the ninth annual Mark Stephens Tournament in Horseheads while the Hawks wrestled to a 4-2 record. Corning, Horseheads, Newark, South Seneca, Camden, Waverly, Lansing and Johnson City all competed in the two-day tournament.

Horseheads' won 40-31 over Camden, 74-12 over Waverly, 63-24 over Johnson City, 76-3 against Lansing, 78-12 against South Seneca and 81-6 over Newark.

The scores for the Hawks were: 42-30 over Newark, 48-26 over South Seneca, 53-14 over Waverly, 45-18 against Lansing and a 66-10 defeat to Camden and a 42-35 loss to Johnson City.
