Ingrao Sets Falconer Record En Route To STWOA Title

DUNKIRK — Falconer/Cassadaga Valley had wrestlers place in the top six in 11 of 15 weight classes to edge Niagara-Wheatfield for the Southern Tier Wrestling Officials Association Holiday Classic title on Saturday evening at Dunkirk High School.
Dylan Ingrao won the 152-pound title and in the process broke Jake Peru's school record for victories with his 192nd for the Golden Cougars. Ingrao beat Eisenhower's Spencer Head, 4-2, in the final.
"Spencer's a really dangerous wrestler," Falconer/Cassadaga Valley coach Drew Wilcox said.
