Meet the 201718 All-Greater Rochester Winter Sports picks — 175 athletes and 15 coaches selected to represent 14 all-star teams.

One Wrestler of the Year hasn't lost a match in four years while a track Athlete of the Year weathered a storm to become the first competitor in Section V history to win three gold medals at states. First-team picks include students who are attending Ivy League schools; who have climbed all 46 of the High Peaks in the Adirondack Mountains; and who pioneered a zero-waste environmental program at in her school district.
