Bulls Seek Second Straight MAC Dual Win at Kent State on Saturday

BUFFALO, NY - The University at Buffalo wrestling team is back on the road on Saturday to face Kent State. The Bulls are coming off a win at Old Dominion and have won five of their last seven duals.

Buffalo is coming off a hard-fought 19-12 road win at Old Dominion. The Bulls won the final three matches to secure the win.

The Bulls have two wrestlers in the national rankings. Senior Bryan Lantry is ranked ninth at 141 lbs. and senior Jake Gunning is ranked 10th at heavyweight.

Kent State is 6-11 in duals on the season and is coming off 24-12 loss at Ohio last Friday. The Golden Flashes are led by Andrew McNally. Kent State's 184-pounder is 25-5 on the season.

It will be the 35th meeting between the schools. Kent State leads the all-time series, 25-9. The Bulls have won the last two meetings, including a 16-15 win at Kent State last season.
