The Pal-Mac and Victor wrestlers were champions in their respected divisions, which leads off our roundup of Saturday's local sports

It was a weekend to remember for area wrestlers. More specifically, it was one to remember for Pal-Mac's Jace Schafer and Victor's Alex Samson.

Samson and Schafer were in Albany representing their schools in the New York State wrestling championships. It couldn't have gone any better for the two, as they both finished on the top step of the podium in their respected weight classes.
