Cornell sophomore and Hilton High graduate Yianni Diakomihalis overcame an early in the deficit to defeat Ohio State's Joey McKenna, 6-4 in the NCAA Division I 141-pound wrestling final Saturday night at PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh.
