HHS wrestling looks to defend LCAA Title

HORNELL — It was just a few seasons ago that the Hornell wrestling program was only able to field seven varsity participants by the end of a long campaign.

And while those seven wrestlers were some of the best in the area, it was clear that the individual success could not carry over into the entire program.

But then in 2018, Bill Drake and his assistant coaches were hired, and his only goal was to build the program back up to the standard that was set during his time as an HHS wrestler.
