With a victory on Wednesday night at home in a dual against league rival Grand Island, Niagara Wheatfield senior Justin McDougald captured his 223rd career victory passing four time NYS place winner and 2010 state champion Angelo Malvestuto for sole position atop the storied programs' all-time wins leader board.
