Bushes, Null advance to wrestling semis

ALBANY, N.Y. - Dolgeville's Jacob Null, the No. 1 seed at 160 pounds, and Central Valley Academy twins Mason and Marek Bush, seeded second at 120 and 132 pounds, respectively, advanced through the first two rounds of Division II competition Friday and will compete in the semifinals at the NYSPHSAA wrestling championships Saturday in the Times Union Arena.

All three juniors held seeds to advance and will be on the mats again Saturday when semifinal competition begins at 10 a.m. The morning winners will return for an evening session with opening ceremonies at 5:50 p.m. and championship matches for divisions I and II starting at 6:30 p.m.
