There was talk before the tournament that Section 4 had a chance to win sectional team title in Division II, but the locals finished third behind Section 3 and Section 5.

"It was definitely lower than we as a group of coaches would probably expect," Windsor coach Jeff Nolan said of Section 4's 200.5-point output - 19.5 behind Section 3. "I don't want to speak for everyone, but I think if you polled everyone, they'd probably say the same thing."
