BUFFALO, N.Y. - In its second dual match of the season, Binghamton (1-1) was defeated by host Buffalo (1-0) on Tuesday evening at Alumni Arena. The Bearcats captured four of 10 bouts and trailed 17-13 before the Bulls pulled out the final two bouts for the final margin.

Junior Jerome Joe (Wheatley Heights, N.Y.) secured a 12-3 major decision at 184 and junior Josh Ruff (Bainbridge, N.Y.) scored a 7-5 win at 141. Also recording wins for Binghamton were senior Beau Bruno (Mineola, N.Y.) at 149 and junior Rob Sckalor (Chester, N.Y.) at 157.

Upcoming on Saturday, the Bearcats will participate in the Body Bar Invitational at Cornell, with action getting underway at 9 a.m.
