For the first time since its inception, Falconer/Cassadaga Valley will not be competing at the New York State Public High School Athletic Association Wrestling Dual Meet Championships.

The Golden Cougars beat Iroquois in the semifinals, but lost to Newfane in the finals Saturday at Lancaster High School.
