BUFFALO, N.Y. - The D'Youville University athletic department has appointed Carlene Sluberski as the head coach of the women's wrestling program, Director of Athletics Ona Halladay announced Tuesday. Sluberski will be at the helm of the new program, slated to begin competition in 2023-24.

"Western NY is not only home, but also where I got my start in the sport that gave me so much. I couldn't be happier to return home with the chance to provide amazing educational and athletic opportunities for female wrestlers."
