Bulls Prepare for a Pair of Weekend Duals

BUFFALO, NY - The University at Buffalo wrestling team will compete in a pair of Mid-American Conference duals this weekend. The Bulls will wrestle at Clarion on Friday night before returning home to host Central Michigan on Sunday.

Winners of seven straight, Clarion is 10-3 overall and 7-1 in MAC duals on the season. A key match will be at 184. UB's Giuseppe Hoose is 16-4 on the year and ranked 21st in the nation. Clarion's Will Feldkamp is also 16-4 and ranked 30th.

Clarion leads the all-time series, 11-9. The Bulls won the last meeting, 21-19, at Alumni Arena last season.

On Sunday, the Bulls are home to host Central Michigan at Alumni Arena.

The Chippewas are 5-8 overall and 4-1 in MAC duals on the season. One match to pay attention to is at 157. UB's Michael Petite is 7-1 on the year and ranked 20th in the nation. CMU's Corbyn Munson is 22-8 and ranked 30th.

Central Michigan leads the all-time series, 26-1. The Chippewas won the last meeting 28-10 at CMU last season.
