Lima, N.Y. - Our Bright Spot shines on a special day for a hometown champ!

It is Anthony Noto Day in Lima, the mayor says so and made the presentation Friday afternoon in the high school auditorium.

The 2020 graduate won state wrestling championships and continues to win at the college level.

Honored for that and mentoring others.
