Horseheads lost only three matches over two contests and secured a fourth consecutive Section 4 Division I Dual Meet Tournament championship Wednesday, capping the evening with a 51-14 victory over Elmira at Horseheads High School.

The top-seeded Blue Raiders dominated Corning, 76-0, in the semifinal. Elmira won its semifinal by a 46-27 margin against Ithaca.
